Jaleya & co LLC, trading as Only Your Gift ("we", "us"), operates onlyyourgift.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

Order data — your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if provided, and the personalisation details you enter (a name, a date, a message, an uploaded image).
Payment data — handled entirely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Browsing data — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, collected through cookies.
Marketing data — your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.

Why we use it

To produce, pack and deliver your order — our legal basis is the performance of our contract with you.
To answer your questions and handle claims.
To prevent fraud and meet our accounting and tax obligations — a legal obligation.
To send you offers, only if you have consented, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
To measure and improve our site and our advertising — our legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the parties needed to fulfil your order:

Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the site and processes orders.
Payment providers — to take payment securely.
Production and shipping partners — who receive the personalisation details and the delivery address needed to make and deliver your item.
Email and analytics providers — to send order updates and understand site usage.
Authorities — where we are legally required to.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and some of our partners operate outside your country. Where data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, it is protected by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data: 10 years, to meet accounting obligations.
Personalisation files: 12 months after delivery, so we can reprint if needed.
Marketing data: until you unsubscribe, then up to 3 years.
Cookie data: up to 13 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to its use. You can also withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to contact@onlyyourgift.com and we will answer within 30 days.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask for its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, and — with your consent where required — cookies that measure audience and support our advertising. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

Children

Our site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
