Refund and Returns Policy

Personalised items

Every item we sell is made to your own specification — a name, a date, a message, a chosen design. Once produced, it cannot be resold to anyone else.

For this reason, and in line with consumer law in the European Union, the United Kingdom and most other jurisdictions, personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange if you simply change your mind.

This does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

When we do refund or replace

We will replace your item or refund you in full, at no cost to you, if:

the item arrives damaged or defective;
the personalisation we printed does not match what you submitted at checkout;
you received the wrong item;
your parcel is lost in transit.

Mistakes in your own personalisation

We print exactly what you type, character for character, including spelling and accents. Please re-read your text carefully before you order — we cannot remake an item free of charge because of a typing mistake made at checkout.

If you spot a mistake, write to us immediately at contact@onlyyourgift.com. If production has not started yet, we will correct it for free.

How to make a claim

your order number;
a clear photograph of the item received;
a short description of the problem.

We answer every claim within 2 business days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to display the amount.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge as long as production has not started — in practice, within a few hours of ordering. Write to us as soon as possible.

Non-personalised items

If you ordered an item with no personalisation at all, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is payable by you unless the item was faulty.
