Where is my order?

As soon as your keepsake leaves our workshop, we email you a tracking link. Check that email first — it is the fastest way.

Not received it yet?

1. Check your spam folder. Shipping emails land there more often than you would think.
2. Count the days. Everything is made to order, so your parcel only ships 1 to 3 business days after you order. Total delivery is 8 to 12 business days.
3. Still nothing after 5 business days? Write to us with your order number and we will track it for you.

Tracking shows no movement

This is normal in the first 48 hours, and again while a parcel clears customs. If nothing has moved for more than 7 days, tell us and we will chase the carrier.

If your parcel is genuinely lost, we replace it or refund you in full. You do not lose out.
