These terms govern every order placed on onlyyourgift.com, operated by Jaleya & co LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By placing an order you accept them.

Our products

We sell personalised gift items, made to order from the details you provide. Product photographs are illustrative: a real printed or engraved item may differ slightly in colour and position from the on-screen preview, which does not constitute a defect.

Placing an order

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if payment is refused, if we suspect fraud, or if the personalisation requested is unlawful or offensive.

Your personalisation

You are responsible for what you ask us to print. By submitting a text or an image you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to it and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, image rights or privacy.

We reserve the right to refuse any personalisation that is unlawful, hateful, violent, sexual, defamatory, or that infringes a third party's rights. In that case we cancel the order and refund you in full.

We print exactly what you type, character for character. Please check your spelling before confirming.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required, and exclusive of shipping, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

Delivery

Delivery takes 8 to 12 business days on average. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Personalised items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. Your rights where an item is faulty or wrong are set out in full in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — texts, photographs, designs, logo and the name Only Your Gift — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Liability

We are liable for the delivery and conformity of the items we sell. We are not liable for indirect losses, nor for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Where you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
